Are there processing fees on TOP of some PayPal fees or other mysterious fees?

No. robora collects payments, no need for a merchant account or to hookup any PayPal account. The only fees you'll ever pay on your transactions are:


How secure are payments made with robora?

We use 256-bit SSL encryption on all of our payment pages. Credit card details are never stored on our server. We use Stripe to handle all of the heavy lifting associated with processing payments securely, and they are Level 1 PCI certified.


I don't see my currency. How do I set prices in my currency?

Right now the only currencies we support are US Dollars (USD), Australian Dollars (AUD), Euros (EUR), and British Pound Sterling (GBP). We are working on getting more added in the near future.


I made a sale. How do I get paid?

Payouts happen in days not weeks.

Robora is currently only available for those living in the United States.

Currently payouts for US customers happen via direct deposit, so be sure to add your bank info on the settings page.
